Halibut Ceviche!

Halibut ceviche! Let it chill, then eat it with fresh avocado and lime-flavored tortilla chips!
Simple recipe.
1 pound of halibut. Cube and cover with the squeeze from 2 limes and 1 lemon ( in glass bowl). Put in fridge string every 15-30 minutes. The fish is cooking. add sea salt
1 -cup sliced cucumbers
1 – cup sliced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced cilantro
3/4 red onion
MIX these up and add 3/4 cup spicy clamato juice
You can add jalapenos, oregano, Tabasco, and even sliced olives. Whatever you like! Even mango.
Drain the halibut and add to the above ingredients. Add ground pepper
Put back in the fridge for 1 hour. Take out and add fresh avocado. Serve with tortilla chips, or make ceviche wraps with warm tortillas!
